We understand that sometimes life moves faster than we can keep up with. Sometimes we live healthily and consciously, other times chaotically and hectically. With "CORA," we want to help you find a balance - somewhere between these two extremes.

Our Pilates Club provides a space for mindful movement, where everyone should feel welcome and comfortable - regardless of fitness level, age, health issues, etc. Our classes are designed to find balance between body and mind, and to strengthen the core and promote body awareness through slow and precise movements that combine breathing, strength, and flexibility.

Together, we want to use the short break on the mat to be in the here and now, to laugh together, to push our limits - but above all, to have fun with movement.

Emma
Key to any goal: Consistency
Emma combines her knowledge from physiotherapy and Pilates on the mat. The focus of her classes is on body-mind connection, creativity, and challenge. She designs the classes with many different variations, keeping them vibrant while still adhering to Pilates principles.
