About the course

Are you currently pregnant or have you recently given birth and are looking for the right exercise routine?

Our Prenatal and Postnatal Course is specifically designed to help you stay fit during pregnancy and ease your transition back into exercise after childbirth.

Who is this workshop for?

Pregnant women: Stay active and fit during your pregnancy. Our exercises are safe and help you enhance your well-being and prepare for childbirth.

New moms: Gently and effectively return to exercise. Our workshop supports you in rediscovering your body and regaining strength and flexibility.

Workshop goals:

  • Maintain fitness and well-being during pregnancy

  • Ensure a safe and effective return to exercise after childbirth

  • Discover and strengthen new aspects of your body

 

In our closed course, you’ll be part of the same group of up to 10 people each time, creating a familiar environment where you can make progress together and motivate each other.

The course will be led by Emma.

Note: The course will only take place if there are at least 6 participants.

Cost

200 € for the course consisting of 10 sessions

If you can't make it to a session, you have the option to make up for the missed class in one of our drop-in sessions. Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the course starts.
