About the course
Are you currently pregnant and looking for the right exercise?
Our prenatal course is specifically designed to help you stay fit during pregnancy and subsequently prepare your body for birth and the postpartum period. We will also deal with topics such as diastasis recti and pelvic floor.
Who is this course suitable for?
Pregnant women : Stay active and fit during your pregnancy. Our exercises are safe and will help you improve your well-being and prepare for birth.

The course is led by Emma, who is also a physiotherapist with a focus on pre- and postnatal care. Emma brings extensive expertise and passion for the wellbeing of mothers.
From January 9, 2025, we will meet every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in a closed setting with a maximum of 10 participants for 5 times. Prerequisites are medical clearance and no high-risk pregnancy.
Note: the course will only take place if there are at least 6 participants.

Cost
100 € for the course consisting of 5 sessions
Cancellation of the whole course is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the course.
