Reform & Revive: Pilates course for all levels

10 sessions January-March
Mondays, 6:00 pm

in person at the studio

About the course

This 10-week course is ideal for anyone who wants to strengthen their body holistically and make it more flexible. Each unit has a specific focus - whether a certain area of the body or topics such as balance, hip opening or shoulder stability. From optimal breathing to the right muscles that should be in action during the individual exercises to the right technique - Pilates is a holistic training that primarily strengthens the core of the body and thus ensures improved posture and can help to improve back pain. By concentrating on the precise alignment and slow movement of the body during the Pilates exercises, body awareness and the mind-body connection are promoted.

Who is the course suitable for?

  • For all levels (through different variations exercises can be adapted for each level)

  • For all those who want to improve their mobility, stability and posture through a gentle, effective training method

  • For those who want to expand their Pilates knowledge - from optimal breathing, to the right muscles that should be in action during the individual exercises, to the right technique and the correct exercise execution

Course objectives:

  • Strengthening the core of the body for improved posture (especially strengthening the deep muscles)

  • Promoting back health through targeted strengthening and mobilization

  • Full body training: in every Pilates class we work on our body from head to toe

  • More flexibility through active stretching exercises

  • Promoting balance, coordination and sharpening body awareness

Whether you want to improve your posture, gain more flexibility or increase your body awareness - this course offers you the opportunity to work towards your goals at your own pace. You will experience a variety of exercises, which, depending on your focus, are also carried out with small aids such as the Pilates ball or ankle weights.

We meet every Monday at 6:00 p.m. in a closed setting with a maximum of 10 participants for 10 sessions. The course is held by Tamara and takes place in our studio.

Note: the course will only take place if there are at least 6 participants.
