About the course
Have you never done Pilates before but are curious and want to learn more in a class? Or has it been a while since you last attended a course and now you want to refresh your knowledge?

In the course, we learn classical Pilates from the ground up: from optimal breathing, to engaging the correct muscles during each exercise, to proper technique. Pilates is a holistic training method that strengthens the core, improves posture, and can help alleviate back pain. By focusing on precise alignment and slow movement of the body during Pilates exercises, it also enhances body awareness and the mind-body connection.

In our closed course, you'll be part of the same group of up to 10 people each time, creating a familiar environment where you can make progress together and motivate each other.

Costs
200 € for the course consisting of 10 sessions
If you can't attend a session, you have the option to make up for it in one of our drop-in classes.
