Whether in the studio, online or outdoors - our classes are suitable for everyone. Each exercise offers a wide variety of variations, so that you can keep up as a Pilates beginner and you won't get bored even as an experienced Pilates enthusiast.

Fixed courses in the studio
Reform & Revive Pilates
This class is suitable for every level. Together, we go back to the roots and practice what Pilates truly is. With a holistic approach, we specifically train the core and focus on body awareness and correct execution of the exercises to feel the maximum benefits of Pilates.

Reformer on the Mat
Reformer Pilates without a Reformer. How is that possible? With a few props, you can bring the full-body workout of the Reformer to the mat. See it for yourself.

Sunday Flow
By combining Pilates elements with stretching, you can wind down your weekend relaxed and start the next week with renewed energy.

Outdoors
Pilates at Augarten
The class is suitable for every level and is a mix of exercises from classic Pilates as well as more modern Pilates exercises. Please bring your own mat and come dressed in your sports outfit. There are neither rental mats nor a cloakroom on site. The lesson only takes place in good weather.

Pilates at Augarten takes place again up from May/June 2025.

Private training
Whether you're starting fresh with Pilates, looking to improve your skills through individual training, or have health restrictions - in a private session, we tailor an individual program based on your needs and work towards your personal goals. You can also take the session as a duo class with a partner.

Where? A mat class can take place either at our studio, at your home, outdoors, or online. If you prefer a studio session on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Co., this will be held at a partner studio.

Closed group courses
We regularly start with closed group courses both online and on site. The courses take place every week on the same day, at the same time, with the same group. You can register by clicking on the respective course listed below, where you will also find more information about the course.
